1st MacBook Alluminium 13inch

Hey

I just found out this article regarding a "secret" update on the firmware that opens the door for 8Gb RAM.
Did anyone actually test it?
Will it work on the MacBook 5,1? (thats the one that came out as MacBook and then later renamed as MacBook Pro 13inch, right?)

Search is a great tool but ill help you out. I have a 5,1 aluminum Macbook and I just put 8gb of crucial ram in it last night worked like a charm.

Sorry guys. You're right. There are more topics about this.
By the way, is there any manufacturer like crucial but for HDD with good prices and free shipping? Need to upgrade my 160GB HDD aswell.
