I just downloaded my first video from iTunes: Desperate Housewives Episode 3. I tried running the video from iTunes, but it was just a gray screen. Double clicked to open it in a new window... gray screen. Open it in Quicktime 7... gray screen. Everything I did, it was the same output. Restarting the computer, repairing permissions, ... Nothing worked.

I checked on Apples site, but there was no real video support topics yet. Has anyone else seen this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Have you installed QT 7.0.3 yet?

That fixed it. Thank you.

I thought that the iTunes installation would have updated Quicktime as well?? I know that for Windows it does.

You mean when you installed iTunes you didn't get a message saying to upgrade Quicktime?
