Upgrading my 13" MBP hard drive with OWC's kit.

Should I get a 1TB @ 5400RPM or 500GB @ 7200RPM?
I'm guessing 1TB.

Also, is it safe to do the 8GB RAM kit?

I deal with video and motion graphics.
I have a Mac Pro, but when I'm on location or on a trip it helps to be able to work on the MBP.

8 gb ram kit works great,

they do make a 750gb 7200rpm 2.5" also i believe.

i have the 1tb 5400rpm, its plenty fast for me.

i do alot of photography stuff.

Do you need 1TB or is 500GB sufficient? I tried to find some benches but couldn't but I doubt there is major difference in speed, the 500GB might be faster in random access. Also, there is 750GB 7200rpm which is a total beast
