1TB drive in a 15" macbook pro

iv got a 15" macbook pro that i bought in january 2010 and i am debating putting a 1 TB drive in it.. i remember seeing a step by step guide about a year ago and now i cant seem to find it.. so if anyone has that link/thread that would be sweet..

also what hard drive type does the mbp take?? i dont remember..

MBPs use 2.5" SATA drives and the maximum height can be 12.5mm (all 1TBs are 12.5mm)
