I can't believe we've reached the point (December 2020) where you can get a 1 tb SSD in 2.5" form factor for only $90-100 vs. a 1 tb 7200 3.5" hard drive for around $45
This seems incredible and amazing to me. SSD is just twice the price of a heavy 3.5" hard drive.
I glance at my drawer of heavy bare 3.5" hard drives which I've been using to archive video and can see the day when I can store it all in vastly smaller space.
I'm imagining a day when SD memory cards are affordable enough to use as "storage" from video cameras/camera etc.
Crazy times.
