1x SATA port not working... (Power Mac G5, PCIe)

1 of the SATA ports is not working, any soltions? It's not the cable or power cable as I have checked both.

It's a Power Mac G5 Quad.

I was just about to SSD raid it up as well... Boooo.

It appears they are both working but only work when I use 2 different drives if I use 2x SSD or 2x HHD's (Matched) it will only detect 1 drive when loading Disk Utility via OSX install disc, if I put 1 SSD and 1 HHD if shows both of the drives, which it odd...
