iPod touch 2.0 and iTunes

since you have updated to 2.0 has your ipod taken longer to connect everytime you connect it to iTunes? after i plug mine in, it takes about 20 seconds longer before being recognized. also everytime i plug it in, it backs it up? is this happening to anyone else? and how can i fix this?

This is just a guess, what I took from the wind, but this back-up what you had might be back-uping apps what you have downloaded from store.. ^^?.. Because in some licence or watever it said it'd bee good to backup apps, for safe.. Maybe it's doing it itself, who know.. But this wast some speculating, and I'm not sure is there any sense..
