2.0 Deleted my iPhone

I upgraded to 2.0 and after it got done my phone had absoluty none of my personal info on it, contacts, email accounts, notes, pics, everything was gone. I synced it to iTunes and when it got finished same thing, nuttin was there. What do I do???

I backup my phone prior to upgrading to 2.0
