Yes, it goes to a "Saved Photos" folder!

Screenshot ability and you can save images to the iPod from Safari or Mail - then you can transfer them to your iPhoto library.
App store stuff.
Passwords display the last character when you're typing them in - very handy.

Is there a way to turn off the new mail beep while maintaining the rest (clicks for typing, etc, emulate 1.x behavior)? That's gonna wake me up in the night I just know it.
