2.1 Upgrade Question

Hey, i'm currently running jailbroken 2.02 software on my iphone 3g and i was wondering how i upgrade it to 2.1 non jailbroken software. Do i simply click update in itunes, do i have to restore from backup, or something completely different all help appreciated

Just update. You will lose all jailbroken things that you have added.

Jailbreak again once you update. You will still have everything lost, but you'll be able to put it back.
