2 10.12.4 System Files Help

Hey! I installed a mod to make my Notification Center dark, but it doesn't work anymore with 10.12.4.
I reverted back to the old files, but it still doesn't work.

Could anyone Upload these files (on 10.12.4 release, not beta) for me?

/System/Library/Frameworks/NotificationCenter.framework and /System/Library/CoreServices/NotificationCenter.app
