iOS 2.2.1 crash app rejection

Apple rejected my app today saying it crashes on launch for OS 2.2.1

It runs fine in the Simulator and on my iPhone both using 2.2.1 OS.

They sent me a crash report. Can anyone make heads or tails of it?

I had a rejection for crashes once, didn't crash at all on any of my devices. I just rebuilt and resubmitted and 3 days later it was accepted. Didn't change a single line of code.

Try doing a clean all targets, recompile and resubmit.... You may have a bad .o file somewhere. Also make sure you test from a clean install where you have deleted the app off the simulator and or device. I have run into crashes where I access a default value that I forgot to set an initial value for.

Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)

A SIGABRT most likely means an assertion failure somewhere, so have a look to see if any might be fired in edge cases.

If you have the .dSYM that was generated when you built the submitted app you can use it with this log to construct a stack trace.

Crash on return

Hi I have the same problem. I got the crash log from a user and the location where the crash occur is on the return of a method:

return datePicker;

It's the only user reporting this and he can always reproduce it. All the others are fine with the app.
