2.2 17" and Parallels Question

I'm on the verge of grabbing a 2.2 17" to replace a 2.4 i5 15". However, I'm concerned about noise and heat.

I use Parallels a lot for Office, Cad, and FEA. My current 15" stays completely quiet while running all of these. I notice no increase in noise or fan speed(unless a Windows Update is being applied). I work in a very quiet room and am quite sensitive to noise issues.

Has anyone with the new machines tried Parallels? If so, did you find the fan ramping up all the time? Any other observations?
