iPod touch 2.2 update concern

Well, after updating my ipod touch 2g, every other update available to ipod touch users works fine expect for the fact that the appstore app still looks the same as before the 2.2 update even though it is supposed to look different. Is it only available to iphone users just like enhancements to google maps or is there something wrong? Anybody else have this issue?

Haven't tried it on my touch yet, but you should have the App Store changes.

Has Safari's layout changed to the 2.2 style?

Yes, safari, itunes podcast feature, turn off autocorrect etc. all work

What should have changed is the addition of icons next to the category name when in category view, and there should also be a "Recently Added" screen.
