2.2 update don't support the Tell a Friend e-mail link in the App Store.

When you send any aplication via e-mail using the Tell a Friend link in the iPhone App store, the e-mail never opens correctly.

Works for me also -- it should send you to Mail, not Safari, anyways, unless as the others surmise, it's sending you to Safari because you have no e-mail accounts?
