2.2GB OTA Update... Damn!

Mines 1.9 here in Canada on iPhone 6 4.7" ios 8.1beta 2

Mine was 174MB on iPhone 6, 120mb on i5 and only 94.4mb on retina Mini

Yup, 2.2GB OTA update from 8.1 beta 2 on iPhone 6 plus

97MB OTA update from 8.02 on iPad Air.

That's because it's a completely new copy of the OS where as the consumer version is a delta (smaller) update

Running 8.1b on ipad mini and 6 + OTA update crashed

my iPhone finally updated OTA but not my iPad.



As the title states I'm running 8.1b on both my iPad and iPhone 6. It allowed me to begin the massive OTA 2 + GB download but both devices crashed once it was about to install the updates. Tried OTA 2 times on both devices...same results.

Proceeded to update via iTunes and now I can't connect to the server. Only can assume it's being bombarded at this time.
