2.4Ghz AluM 2gbRam + iMovie

so i thought imovie was supposed to run flawlessly now that we have a 256mb video card in.

its slow as hell. its actually barely manageable.

all i want to do is edit a video that i uploaded and its nearly impossible.

anyone else experience this?

Since you're in the MacBook forum I'm going to hope you're talking about the MacBook. That's 256 MB of shared system RAM for the 9400M G.

Keep in mind video work is still heavily CPU bound as well.
