Perhaps if you search flea-bay you can find something like this? It's a the innards of my LaCie Little Big Disk. It does Raid 0 via hardware... and as you can see it has connections for FW400, FW800 and USB2. An PSu is required for USB2 functionality, because it needs more current than the USB bus can offer.
OK, it's not exactly what your looking for but in truth, I don't think anyone makes enclosures for 2.5" drives which are Raid enabled.
