2.53ghz or 2.4ghz cache

Hi all

I'm just about to order the MBP here in the UK but wanted to know whats the difference between the 2.4 & 2.53 ?

Is it just the speed or is there differences in cache ?

Also when you go via the Back to School offer you can select that your a teacher and it looks like it will allow me to check out a MBP but about £100 cheaper. DO apple do any checks here?

One thing I would also like to know is if the 2.53 CPU is a T9400 or P9500. Same thing with the macbook cpu's.

any word on whether or not the 2.53ghz is worth the extra $500? How much of a difference will a 3MB cache make over a 6MB cache?
