2 days and no per app battery usage info

I updated to the gm from 7.1.2 the day it came out. As of now, i still don't have any per app battery usage information. every time i go into the battery usage info i see the spinning wheel for a few seconds, then it says "battery information will be available after using iphone for a few minutes". The only thing thats additional in the past 24 hours is I now have a "last 24 hours" and "last 2 days" tab, but both of them give me the same error.

any idea whats going on?
