i just bought my second Dell U2412M and use the same settings on menu monito and same color profile, but colors are different on 2 monitor

one is landscape and other portrait

could it be the orientation? or 2 different monitor from different production moment can be different?

Just a thought here... try both in portrait or both in landscape, see if they look the same.

It's quite possible that will make a difference. LCDs, even IPS displays like yours, can look different depending on the plane you're viewing from.
 
the still look different is more like white balance, i can see it on os x grey bars, like itunes, one is warm gray the other is cold gray
