My gf's iPhone 4 was freezing up on her this past weekend and she asked me if I can do a restore for her. I did so, and afterwards it showed up on iTunes as Ed's iPhone (which is mine), it even listed my cell number which made no sense. However I changed the name to hers again and synced up her iPhone and after the sync it showed her correct cell number and everything seemed fine, however tonight I went to sync my iPhone 4S and when I clicked on apps it showed many more apps that were checked on (as if they were on my iPhone) but they weren't.

I was gonna post in the apple forums too, but I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this and what could I do to fix it?

I think it's an "Authorize/Deauthorize this computer" issue.

Since you synced her iPhone on your computer, you need to plug in her iPhone into your computer once more and "deauthorize this computer" in your iTunes.

This is just a guess!

Thanks, I will have to give it a shot.

Jailbroken?

Nope, they are both (her 4 and my 4S) are stock.
