2 Displays - Can My Computer Handle it?

Howdy folks!

I'm planning to use my stock early 2010 13" MacBook Pro to run two 1080P displays (1 via USB, 1 via mini DisplayPort). Can the graphics in this machine handle two displays?

The mac will be closed when in use.
