Hope you don't mind me bundling two issues into one thread! Hope someone can help me, I haven't been able to find any mention of either of these issues anywhere else.

Issue 1:

I'm having a bizarre problem with my new mouse (a R.A.T. 9). I was aware that it has no Mac drivers and intended to just use is as a 2 button mouse for Mac and then use it for gaming in BootCamp, I've done this before with a wireless Razer mouse and had no issues whatsoever.

However, when using this mouse the cursor does not update based on what it is hovering above unless I click. The cursor moves perfectly normally, I can left and right click as well as use the scroll wheel, and the mouse itself functions perfectly in basically every other way. An example of my problem: if I click into this box to type this very post and then move the mouse cursor away from this window it will stay as a text select cursor until I click. If I click a link the cursor with stay as the "link" finger cursor until I click elsewhere. I am a heavy photoshop/illustrator user and this is becoming a bit of an issue. Bizarrely this has now started to happen with my cintiq also.

Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I've never heard of anything like this happening at all...

Issue 2: A few months ago I got the new 27" Cinema Display and I absolutely love the thing. However, when I switch to Boot Camp (Vista 64-bit) windows seems to forget how to deal with the monitor, reverting the settings back to a minimum resolution on a standard monitor. I cannot set it back to the native resolution until I disconnect and then reconnect the monitor itself. It's a bit annoying, and I'm sure constantly disconnecting the screen cannot be good for it.

Again, I don't understand this at all. Has anyone heard of any problem like this? I can't find mention of it anywhere.

Hope that someone can shed some light on this, neither problem is vital but they're both beginning to grate on my nerves!

P.S. This is my first post here! Hello!
