2 GHz MacPro for iMac

I have a 1st gen quad 2Ghzm Intel MacPro with 2 GB of Ram. Do you think I could sell it for the cost of a new iMac or trade it for a new 20" iMac?

I thought I was going to do a lot of video editing but I do not. Looking to get something more energy efficient.

probably not... the current gen iMac's outspec the 1st gen mac pro... you'd probably have to do mac pro + cash for it...

a friend of mine sold his first gen last month for £800 on ebay... imacs retail for about the 1000mark... you might need to get a bit more money on top but even so its good deal
