I'm currently using my 15" MBP with a 17" external display, giving me two nice-sized screens, but I want more screen real estate. I'd like to hook a second external monitor up.

Any recommendations on how to do this?

I'm obviously using the Thunderbolt port for the external display currently. I have a free firewire port and I can free up a USB port.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks!

Mini Display Port to Dual-Link DVI adaptor and then connect via DVI? If you get an Apple Thunderbolt Display you won't have any problems and you won't have to buy adaptors. Just connect your Mac to the TBDisplay and then connect the other to the TB Display.

You can get a USB Video card at Best Buy here is the info from them Mad Catz - UV150 Graphic Adapter - USB
Model: UV150 SKU: 9325241
It costs $60.00.
I have used one and it works fine.
