Hello,
1. The double-click to the Favorites doesn't work. I remember reading about double-click and hold, but I don't see that working anywhere. Is this feature in? I use double tap all the time to go to my favorites list.

2. I also remember reading that you can view videos embedded, just like the iPad. Is this working in the GM build?

1. Yes this unfortunately is gone, I used it and loved it too.

2. Do you mean YouTube videos? Then yes.

For #2, the iPad does this for other sites as well, like the Quicktime stream of the Apple site. Is this ONLY for YouTube?

No, it's for quicktime videos too it seems. Just tested it on Apple's website.
