2 iPhone 4. Help!

Hi, I have a problem right now.
I order a iPhone 4 from ATT Premier!
Then I ran out of patience.
I called Best Buy.
They said they were out.
I put my name down for a iPhone 4.
Best Buy called me the next day saying they have one 32GB.
I ran to Best Buy and bought it.
Now, I forgot to cancel my order from ATT.
I just got a email saying I have a tracking number and should be delivered by July 22nd.
I checked my bank. No Money has been taken out.
What should I do.? Sell it or Return It.
