I currently have an ipod touch and am going to purchase iphones for my wife and I. Two questions:

1) Can I just hook up my new iphone to my computer and get all my itunes songs, apps, etc from my touch onto my new phone?

2) Do I need to download a separate itunes account for my wife? We don't necessarily like the same music and podcasts and she doesn't have an itunes account yet :)

you do not need 2 itunes accounts, you can share one. (up to 5 iphones on 1 acct. i think)

you can have her iphone sync to the stuff that she likes and your iphone to the stuff that you like (dont need her podcasts)

Use the same copy of iTunes, and you don't need separate iTunes accounts. Just share like most couples do anyway. Then you can just setup her own playlists to get the songs she wants.
