2 iphones with 1 mac

I have 2 iphones, and have issues syncing both to the same computer with itunes. I called apple care and they instructed to do this thing that now works, but i have to manually transfer the songs i buy to the other iphone owners itunes. I would like to know if there is another possible solution, such as itunes saving the songs twice and having the other persons itunes automatically pick it up, or any other possible ideas.
