2 itunes accounts.. 1 macbook - 1 iphone..

On my iphone ive set up 2 itune store accounts one with Canadian region the other is a one with USA region so i can download US only apps.

My question, when i plug my iphone into my macbook, how can i backup all those apps under the same thing even tho its under 2 different usernames downloaded on the iphone?

Do you guys understand what i mean?

Yes. As long as that computer is authorized on both accounts.
