2 mac share keyboard and mouse

Do any of you guys know if I can do this?

I have
1 MBP - mine
1 MBA - the wife

I also have
Monitor
bluetooth keyboard
bluetooth mouse

Is it possible to 'pair' the keyboard and mouse with both laptops such that when I am at the desk my MBP can use them and when my MBP is away my misses can use them at the desk with her MBA?

Or do they needed pairing and unpairing each time?
