2 MACs received Snow Leopard and can't upgrade because of 2 key apps not working

I received my pre-ordered Snow Leopard family pack today.

I have an iMac and MP Pro (both recent models).

On the iMAC I need Tivo Transfer (Roxio) to work. On the MBP I need the X-TEN VoIP utility so I can use my Vonage line when traveling (Vonage MAC utility never works).

Both are reported to be non working on Snow Leopard - so I cannot upgrade either MAC.

Hopefully the developers will fix this quickly.

Did you really have to do a new thread about this? Seriously, the whole OS X section is full of useless threads
