2 Mail questions

I have two email accounts that I check via Mail on my desktop and my iphone. On my desktop both mail boxes are merged under one in box so I don't have to constantly switch between in boxes to check all my mail. On the iphone the mail is in two different in boxes with no common in box for both. Any way to set it up so all my mail from both accounts goes to one in box?

2.

Someone emails me a photo (or document). Anyway to save it to the phone or look at it other than as a email attachement?
