Hi,
I'm buying some 2-meter TB3 cables to connect my MBP 13 to BlackMagic eGPU, as well as from the eGPU to another TB3 dock. Just found Apple TB3 Pro 2m ($129) and Belkin TB3 5A 2m (F2CD085ds2M-BLK $80 on Apple.com and F2CD085bt2M-BLK $69 on Amazon). But there are some questions about the Belkin cable, they are in different model numbers on apple and amazon, and I saw ppl who bought it from amazon say the cable does't support DP, as a buyer's setup is similar to mine (BlackMagic eGPU + LG 27UK850) but he/she was connecting their monitor to eGPU with the cable and it didn't work (I'm not quite sure why he/she did it with such an expensive cable since a much cheaper usb-c cable was supposed to work), while in my case I'm connecting the MBP to eGPU to another dock. What are the differences between those two models? Can I buy the one from amazon for my usage? btw, what's the benefit of buying the Apple brand TB3 Pro cable that cost $129?
