2 Microsoft Word questions (styles and locks)

I'm trying to create a template in Microsoft Word for a client to be able to base her future fliers off. One part of the template contains an image that I don't want her to be able to move AT ALL. Is there any way that I can lock this item down so that it's not drag-able, even accidentally?

Also, I've specified certain styles in the Styles palette. Is there a way to get rid of the other styles so that when this document is opened, no other styles are available?
