I have a jailbroken iPhone on 3.1.2. NEVER had any issues until recently. The two issues are as follows:
1. Does not recognize phone as camera in "My Computer"
2. History doesn't save website entries
1. For the first one, I have googled around and found that it's a common issue (?) with no direct solution. I have narrowed it down to most "fixes" saying it has something to do with a corrupt picture saved via the web and that is not allowing it to access it via my computer? Anyone have any opinion or suffer the same situation with this one?
2. The history is hit or miss. I can open up safari, start typing a website and sometimes it saves where i've already been, and other times I have to type it in again like i cleared my history, when in fact, i didn't.
i've tried so things here and there, but nothing permanent, ie a restore. I would really not like to have to do a restore, but that might be where i'm headed. Thankx in advance!
