The first one is a universal app. Note and Share. Allows notetaking and syncing to DropBox and you can also send notes to Twitter, Evernote, some blogs, and Google docs and a few others.

Then you have Drafts. This one is iPhone only right now, hopefully an iPad version comes out soon. Both do the same thing, but Drafts has a fewer selection of cloud services, but both apps are very nice.

Do yourself a favor, nobody loves seeing so many share buttons at the same time, hide them in the share menu, give users a choice to upload one file to multiple sites with one click, then you earn yourself a market.
 
interesting. i like the idea of being able to upload to multiple sites at once, but to be honest, you can already do a lot of this with the native mail client for free: email the note to your evernote account and to twitter at once. heck, you can even do it from inside evernote. again, that is free.

the multi markdown is nice, but for 3.99 i guess it is not worth it for me.
