Is there a simple way of having a complicated passphrase for an encrypted OS boot up, and a simple password for ADMIN (permission to install apps ect...)?

***PRE HIGH SIERRA, ALL I HAD TO DO IS:***

1: Set up a strong passphrase BEFORE encrypting!
2: Encrypt your computer.
3: When encryption ends reboot and create another user as ADMIN with a one character password.
4: Reboot into the TEMP-ADMIN and RESET password main acct to something simple.
5: Reboot as original ADMIN with strong passphrase.
6: Delete temp user with weak password.
6: DONE!

NOTE* If when you reboot you get annoying keychain login prompt > Go to Utilities > Keychain Access> Login > General > Reset My Default Keychain. (Enter your STRONG PASSPHRASE)
Reboot and test that everything works properly.

***AFTER HIGH SIERRA, I HAVE TO DO THIS:***

1) RESET YOUR ADMIN PASSWORD TO YOUR SIMPLE WORD.
2) ERASE EXTERNAL DISK WITH "HFS ENCRYPTED VOLUME" > SET COMPLICATED PASS-PHRASE
3) CLONE YOUR COMPUTER WITH CCC TO ANOTHER HARD DRIVE. (DO NOT STORE PASSWORD IN KEY CHAIN WHEN PROMPTED.
4) BOOT IN TO YOUR RESTORE/BACKUP OS.
5) ERASE INTERNAL DISK WITH "HFS ENCRYPTED VOLUME" > SET COMPLICATED PASS-PHRASE
6) RESTORE CLONE TO INTERNAL DISK.

***NOW YOU WILL HAVE A SIMPLE ADMIN PASSWORD AND A COMPLICATED BOOT ENCRYPTION PASS-PHRASE.***
