2 problems with iphone 3gs

hi guys
i'am having two problems with my iphone 3gs , 3.1.2 firmawaree
1. When a connect the iphone to my pc it says {usb device not recognized.}

IHATE THIS

And the second is :
2.When i connect the iphone with te itunes it says :

Please help me !!!:S
