2 questions about tetherme and t mobile

Ok first is about tetherme does anyone know if AT&T will tell if you are using a app like this even if you don't use it often? I have unlimited data too so I am just curious

And second I jailbroke my mothers iPhone and it won't seem to send mms messages anyone know how to fix it since it doesn't seem to want to send one out.

And now after installing tetherme my mms won't work can anyone help me clear this up?

Ok now if I uninstall it then reinstall it will it effect anything on my phone and my iPhone plan?

Well since I can't still find a anwser for this I'm updating it with more stuff anyone know how to uninstall it and get rid of the option in tethering
