2 sets of air pods conflicting in the gym :(

So I have Airpods pro and the lady has the originals Air pods, family account with Apple so when we pair them up they show on each iPhone and when close to each other the pair automaticly which is so stressful ... constantly deleting the apir that in conflict! and when you do that they dissapear from the other offending iPhone. Must be a simple sollution!

This is probably related to the new auto switch feature. Go into Bluetooth settings on each iPhone and (while the AirPods are connected) for both sets of AirPods change the Setting „connect to to this iPhone“ from „automatically“ to „when last connected to this IPhone“. That should do it.

edit: maybe i misunderstood... you are using separate Apple ids and you don’t Share devices? Then that shouldn’t happen at all, AirPods are not connected to a family id, but to the associated individual ids.
