MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)

Currently I my laptop can drive one external LG monitor running at 3840 x 2160 via thunderbolt port.

Can my computer drive another same monitor at 3840 x 2160 via the 2nd thunderbolt port?
