Hello all

Waiting to get my first iMac well actually my first MAC period!

The iMac will be used by my partner and daughter as well. I know you can setup different user accounts but I have read that you cant use didnt apple IDs... This sounds crazy. We all have different Apple IDs and dont want to share the same content.

Can you please advise if it is possible to use different apple IDs and if so, how this is setup?

Thanks

Yes you can, I even have two AppleID's in one account but only one can be active at any time.

Btw, its Mac, not MAC, that's something else.:p

I don't see why not ? you have to log in everytime you accesss the App Store or iTune ....etc. who ever is on at the time should be able to access their account.

In iTunes, it's not that hard, actually if you want to buy something in iTunes it will automatically ask for it.

MAC = Media Access Control-address

Thanks Dude, I know what a MAC address. You was being very picky about me writing in CAPS, so I just jesting.

Will check it all out when it arrives. I did think that maybe it needed to be defined within the user setup but seems pretty easy.

So thanks for your help :D:D:D
