2 x VGA on Mac Pro - jumping picture

Hi

A client of mine has a Mac Pro with FCP and 2 x Samsung SM2494HM displays over VGA connected to a GT120 via MDP to VGA and DVI to VGA adaptors and he is complaining that when moving windows around on the screen they are jumping.

I'm waiting for a bit more information from him but was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why the problem is occurring and indeed a cure.

What OS version? Are the monitors rotated?

10.5.8 and no.

A little more info;

It occurs on both displays but seems to be worse on the 1st display (dock & HDs). Client says it feels like you are controlling it with a remote desktop programme.

The client is keen to get some DVI cables down there as he thinks that'll cure the problem. Can't see it myself but we'll get some to him when we take order of some display adaptors.
