20" Cinema Display with OS X Lion

Hey everyone,

I am thinking of purchasing an Apple Cinema Display 20" from eBay. I plan to connect it to a 2009 iMac running OS X Lion 10.7.3, will the display work at all? Or will I be faced with many problems? Would it be worth buying a brand new non-apple display instead?

Apple Cinema Display 20" from eBay.

Works here OK on a 2012 Mini Server 10.7.3. Should be OK, but a new monitor might last longer.
