I bought an ibook from an apple reseller in Morocco almost 6 months ago
Almost 3 weeks ago, my ibook stoped functioning(I bought an ibook from an apple reseller in Morocco almost 6 months ago). The hd did a bizarre sound loop, repeating a bizarre click. Mac os stoped responding, and didn't reboot after that.
I decided to take the computer to the apple reseller, as it's still under warranty. that was 20 days ago. Last time i checked on my computer, they told that they decided to change the hard disk, and that they were waiting to receive it from France to repair my computer.
That's completely mad. they don't even have a single spare hd to repair any computer in the only apple center in Casablanca (dunno what official apple center means, but they're quite proud of it).
Does any one in a third world country had the same problem with a reseller? And I'm really tired waiting for my ibook. Is there any way to ask them (nicely) just to give me a computer, or to complain about the delay?
