I think it does include shipping. I ordered 1 for $20 and 1 for $15. S/h for me was $5.95 so I ended up just owing the tax after I applied the $40 credit.
I did this as well. I ordered 2 of the $19.99 3 packs of films and chose Priority Mail shipping. The ad says it doesn't cover the cost of shipping but my total was over $46 and it would not allow me to put in a credit card. My total was $0 even after shipping and its on its way. Great deal. Now I have enough PowerSupport films to last me a long time. They are the best for sure.
UMM...This coupon is really, really, really great. It does cover shipping as well. You only have to pay for tax, which is not a problem. I purchased great stuff that I've been wanting but held off due to prices and shipping. PM me if you want to know.

It looks like the coupon is actually taking off more than the $40. It took off $40.05 from my order. I wonder how much it would go up too?

This deal lasted a good long while on that website. I wonder if PS had the code designed to change the price. I'm pretty sure they had to, it's their website and they have to have furnished the code to socialgoodies. Anyways, everyone wins on both sides, some more than others. Finally this time, it's the consumer.
Sh!@t is gonna hit the fan with this discount... I just called and spoke with a CS rep and she told me they were having problems with the code... which I think it means all order over $40 will have to b cancelled and entered again. She told me someone will call me when the times comes since they dont have stock on the crystal clear set.

I bought the promo and when I type in my code it says it is Successfully Applied but I don't see a discount... Is this happening to anyone else?

Myself and my friend used our promo codes this week and it covered everything, even shipping, except tax, nothing at all was said about our really grand total that was covered. PS has sent one out. The order in process since 1 item was in backorder, so I allowed them to separate it.
So yeah, maybe you could only use it during the weekend? Or PS disabled that code after the weekend. Unfortunately, you didn't get to take part it in.

Nope, not abusing it just getting the most sensible shipping for this time of year at the sellers should charge.
What was the $20? tax? That's a lot or after your total when the coupon was applied.
