20" iMac G5 (iSight) upgrade option pricing?

I'm trying to recall the original cost of an iMac I have and I'm having trouble finding the option info.

It's a 20" iMac G5 (iSIght), October 2005, upgraded to 1.5GB (from 512MB) and to a 500GB drive (from 250). The base machine was $1699.

Do any of you recall the pricing of the +1GB memory upgrade and/or the 500GB upgrade?

Edit... Sorry... never mind... you already had the original price...

This site has the specs and various prices for the different versions when new. Don't know about HDD or RAM upgrades from Apple. Probably BTO.
