I have two questions regarding the 20 mb limit that iTunes has on over-the-air downloads (ie. not via wifi etc).

1) Does this limit apply to iPad-only-apps as well?

2) When you submit an app you have to zip it, thus reducing it somewhat in size. Does the app's size on iTunes correspond to the zipped or the pre-zipped size of the app?

1.) Any device that's on 3G it applies to.

2.) The limit corresponds to whatever the size is the user has to ultimately download.
